Gotyourshoes.com provide Free Ground Shipping promotion via UPS or USPS for orders shipped within US, excluding Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Virgin Islands (VI), Puerto Rico (PR), PO Box, APO/FPO, and Military addresses.

Return and Exchange


GotYourShoes is happy to accept your return as long as the item is returned within 7 days of receipt and meets the requirement below.


The product is still in new, unworn condition as received. We recommend that you first try on the shoes indoors to ensure the fit and sizing meets your preference. 

IMPORTANT: 

  • The shoes and the shoe box must be in resalable condition for the return to be accepted
  • The return product (if applicable) should include all original accessories as received (i.e. original shoe box, shoes laces, key chains, color swatches, additional insoles, shoe bag, replaceable spikes & etc)
  • The original manufacturer’s shoe box as received. No tapes or labels on the shoe box. Please do not send the return by using the shoe box as the outer shipping box or your return will be refused. 

IMPORTANT:

Please note that the mailing labels and return authorization documents are only for GotYourShoes.com products. Do not send other seller’s products with GotYourShoes.com  products and do not send other seller’s products using GotYourShoes.com mailing labels and return authorization documents. 

HOW TO SEND BACK THE RETURN PACKAGE:

Pack the unworn shoes into the original shoe box and then pack the shoe box into a shipping carton. Do not ship using the shoe box as shipping carton, it will be automatically refused and no refunds will be provided.
Please include the Return Receipt that was enclosed in the original package with the return reason code marked. Please do not peel the Return Receipt and do not stick it inside the shoe box, just place it inside the shoe box. It is important that we have the Return Receipt and the RA document with the return product.
Secure the package box (not the shoe box) with box tape.
Secure the mailing label printed from Amazon Returns Center.
Take the package to nearest shipping outlet (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx Office, etc.).  

IMPORTANT: 
The customer will endure the cost to ship it back to us. There will be no reimbursement applied for returns shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If the customer applied shipping charges to the Sender, it will be billed back to the customer and the customer will have to pay for the cost. No exception. 
GotYourShoes.com is not responsible for tracking of the arrival date or for the lost package. Please make sure that you have the accurate information on the mailing label and save your tracking or confirmation information.
Please allow at least 1-2 business days from receipt at our facility to process and refund the return. Funds back to your original payment may take additional 5-7 business days. Amazon handles all refund transaction back to your original payment.

Any returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee and previous shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges: 
If you are interested in exchange, please place a new order to ensure availability of size and style. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges.

IMPORTANT: 
Shoes that are received in worn condition or not in resalable condition will be inspected by GotYourShoes.com returns department and evaluated at their discretion. If your return shipment does not meet the return policy listed above and your return is rejected, it may be discarded and no refunds will be provided.
